Comet Comments Comets

Sorry I have not posted in a while. There has been nothing to keep me going, which is why I am going to ask you to please comment on my blog posts. Well, now that that's done we can get on to the bigger issue.

I was walking around Darkon when I saw a store selling the whole Comet Set for 1Mil a piece. I thought it was a good price, but when I scrolled over it I knew why it was for 1Mil... The Comet Set had bad awakes! The worst awakes I have ever seen. Something like -6 STR & -3 STA. Either this guy was trying to make some money off of this junk, or he was a newbie. I voted both. I mean really, how much is a clean Comet Set worth these days?

So I'm not sure about this, but I decided to switch back to the server Kern. For one, it's full of people. For two my accounts are way better on there, but that does not matter as much as number one. And on a side note I found out Emurus is actually spelled Emrys, however, I do like my spelling and shall leave it be.

Que Sara Sarah!

I met this girl, Sarah, on Flyff yesterday who was kind of... obnoxious. She was a new comer to Flyff so I tried to go "easy" on her. She asked questions about how to upgrade her weapon with a Generator Card, but I don't think she got the concept of the double click. She kept on dragging it to her weapon which was already equipped. I held my "ditch" anger in if you know what I mean, and continued to help her. Eventually she grasped the double click and we proceeded with the un-equip. She said things like, "drag clicking," and "me drag click," which I guess meant "dragging." I was sure she did not speak English when she typed, "I canoe oh to seek inglesh." I tried to translate that into English, but all I got was 'I went canoeing seeking the English.'

Well... Whatever will be, will be.

Helpful Friends

While I was trying to make it to Lvl 20 last night an Assist girl walked up to where I was training. I immediately invited her to my party (Eventually we found a better party to Lvl with). She was very helpful and healed me a lot of the time (Unfortunately I did die some of the time.)

We had a a fun time, well I did. She did not talk... like at all. Even when I "partied" with her. It is goo to have friends, especially if they are Full Support Assists (Lol). Any friend that is encouraging can help you in a time of need. Friends are what keep me going through this game, if you did not make any friends or anyone to play with (even though technically you play with all the people of the server) you will find the game to get boring. I have experienced this a couple of times and it is very discouraging when these friends stop playing. It is important however to stop playing once in a while, but a good 30min a day should keep you having fun if your friends are on too. Oh, and try not to be on for 5 hours straight, I know it's fun, but you'll find yourself bored eventually and may stop playing for longer than friends you have made want you to.

I know that last sentence was a lot to swallow, but remember to use logic and reason when reading my advice, or you may get a little lost to what I am saying.

And a last note:
  • Be a good friend to ALL
When I say all I mean everybody, even not so nice ones and people who bug you. And to you FS Assists and RMs out there, please buff people (those of you who only buff their partner/selves), I know it's your choice who to buff and it can be kind of tiring, but they really do appreciate it. Again, do not get me wrong, you probably should not pass out money to everyone that asks.

Awkward Start... On Both Occasions

1. I woke up this morning, and went to the store with my mom when I saw a Fedex van going backwards on route ---.  I bet you can guess the face I made, but it turned out the van was being towed. Even though nobody saw this "event" I still felt embarrassed.

Apparently there is this event going on, a box drop event. You can get "Spike." I'm telling you this because it's related to this next story.

2. I logged into Flyff and Lvled up to 15. It was time to change classes, it was a hard decision but I decided to go with something I was experienced at... an Assist, and then lead in to a Ringmaster. I was definite about my decision because my brother and friend[s] would probably need a healer/buffer somewhere along the road.
Anyway, as I was just about to get my job when I found one of the prize boxes from the event. I opened it and inside was... Sweet Ddukguk (Heals MP by 9,999) I figured I would sell it for 20,000 each (because I'm SOoooooo generous).  Just when I'm about to sell them to this "Master" Mage I check my inventory and they're gone... Not only was this embarrassing it was kind of awkward, I had no idea what to say to him.
That's, um, all I'm going to say... Heh heh.

Over and Out!

I really wanted to play Flyff today after my drum lessons, but when I got home the power was out.
While I was walking around my house I wondered what to do, but I could not post on the blog. I feel like such a let down, but oh well, I am here now, so I'll tell you my story.

I was Lvl 34 selling "Quest Items." Not just any quest items, "past" quest items! When I say "past" I mean a past event that happened a while ago. Anyway, I was selling them like any Newbie does... 100,000 Penya each... Yeah, not a very good idea. Some of the things people said were:

  • "NOOB!" (How original)
  • "You're gay."
  • "These are worth 2 penya, jerk!"
  • "OMG, what the --- "
Yes, these were some of the comments I received. However, none of these are even close to the worst ones, but I dare not say because they may be offensive. (They are to me at least)

Well, I guess I better start playing some Flyff to collect more stories!

Wishful Thinking...

I know this game is about battling, leveling, being the best, getting lots of money, and looking cool, but I was on today wishing they had some musical instruments. I play the drums, so naturally for me I want a drumset in game, but then I thought it would be better to have a band. However, I knew this could probably never be, though it may bring the community closer together, there would probably be no "bonus." (At least not that I could think of.) Maybe being the "Top Rocker" could give out some benefits, or playing music would heal you faster. (Maybe even increase EXP... maybe.)

I think all this wishful thinking is going to my head, I'll get back to you once I'm finished with my drum lessons today.

Are You Even Trying?

I decided to attack the Aibatts and go straight for the Mushpangs, however as I was killing and Aibatt (on the way over to the Mushpangs) I decided to look at stuff on Facebook. I bet you can guess what happened next... I had unfortunately un-clicked on the aibatt and, well... it had killed me. Sad story I know but I quickly got back on my feet, literally, I got up from my bed and moved to my living room.

You have to remember when playing this game to be slightly mature... Do not try selling a wooden sword for 1,000 Penya,
YOU WILL GET FLAMED! This reminds me of another occurrence
I had as a newbie a while back... However I will not be posting that now.
Why? Because you have to look forward to something for next time,
plus I have to keep you coming back.

Starting the Blog

I have just started the blog today because I am looking for a challenge. Flyff is having a "Blog for Rewards" activity so I figured I would join. Although I am making a new character in Flyff I am no new comer.

Because I am typing at night I may not have much to say because I have just downloaded Flyff on my laptop so I will be sure to post interesting new either late tonight or tomorrow.  I shall be on the server Mushpoie as of now.
